Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop MauserDesign.

2. Products

All products are made to order using print-on-demand production. Minor deviations in color or placement may occur and do not constitute defects.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown are final prices. Payment is processed via the payment methods offered in the shop at checkout.

4. Contract Conclusion

A contract is concluded when the order is confirmed electronically after completion of the checkout process.

5. Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless mandatory legal provisions apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, texts, and content are protected by copyright. Any use without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

The laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus shall apply.
