Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As all products are individually made to order (print-on-demand), returns and cancellations are excluded once production has started.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

- The product is defective

- The product was damaged during shipping

- The wrong product was delivered

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Refunds or replacements will be issued after verification.
